Typically we go low carb in the evenings, eliminating most (if not all) grains… But we do want to be as transparent with you as possible. Our family is not perfect. Our diet is about 80-85% clean so you will see the occasional pizza on the menu and that’s really okay. We hope this calendar helps you!
