Healthy Fruit Dip

Sharing is caring!

This healthy fruit dip is only 3 ingredients, pairs great with strawberries and is even delicious all by itself!

healthy fruit dip and strawberries!

For years and years I would not touch cottage cheese, but now I am just so in love!! It’s pretty safe to say that this won’t be my last time using this amazing ingredient.

Even if you have an issue with cottage cheese you will probably still like this dip because we get rid of that lumpy texture by pureeing it.

What I love about this recipe is that it’s only 2 ingredients (well, I guess, technically 3 if you count the water), it’s beyond easy, and I feel like I’m really indulging in something terribly unhealthy.

I love pairing this dip with strawberries and bananas, but it is also freaking delicious just by itself. I’ve even eaten in by the spoonful. Honestly, this mixture almost tastes cheesecakey to me. Soo good!

easy healthy fruit dip! sugar free and tastes so good even by itself! make a double batch! perfect party food!

If you didn’t already know, cottage cheese is a slow digesting protein, so it’s the perfect treat before bedtime, but it is also great to bring to any party/social gathering. Plus, it’s super macro friendly if you track like we do.

Healthy Fruit Dip Tips:

To make this easy cottage cheese fruit dip, I just blend all the ingredients in a food processor. It gives it a smoother consistency, but it’s also the best way to make sure the ingredients are well incorporated.

I’ve tried stirring it by hand. It doesn’t work so well. Not only is it lumpier (thanks cottage cheese), but the pudding mix seems to clump up. So definitely use a food processor. We like our Ninja Food Processor.
