Alright guys. Thanksgiving is over & Christmas almost done.

Please don’t forget to head out on a run!

Some days may be hard,

But don’t pull that sick card!

We know you may be tempted,

So a new challenge we have invented.

There are twelve days of squats,

To tone your weak spots.

Complete the challenge below

And your muscles will grow.

If you are filled with frustration

And need more motivation,

Put a quarter in a jar for every squat you complete

And by the end, you’ll have earned a new treat!

For me that may be a few too many to start with. But I like the idea. Maybe try 30 on day one....

definitely make it work for you! Just follow the same patter, increase by 5 squats each day =)
